International:

We offer International shipping rates as well and these are based on the country of delivery and vary from time to time.  The total delivery fee will be calculated and displayed once you have entered a delivery address.

Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 10 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

Express Delivery: Please allow 2 – 4 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

Extra Cover & Signature on Delivery

We highly recommend that you add ‘extra cover’ and ‘signature on delivery’, to your order. This will cover you for loss, theft or damage to your goods within 30 days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged we will issue a replacement if ‘extra cover’ and ‘signature on delivery’ have been purchased.

In the event that you do not add ‘extra cover’ and ‘signature on delivery’ to your order, we are no longer liable for your parcel.

‘Signature on delivery’ is available for all orders.

‘Extra cover’ is available for orders over AUD$101.00. Orders for less than AUD$100.00 are covered automatically by Australia Post.

All products are packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition – each order is carefully wrapped.
